Jen is a human movement specialist with 30+ years coaching and working with youth athletes both in sport and returning to sport following injury. Jen’s participation as a high school and collegiate athlete ignited her passion to work in the sports medicine field with opportunities as a student athletic trainer for the University of Tennessee athletics followed by working with the top orthopaedic sports medicine surgeons in the Northern Virginia area.
Now living in Tampa, Florida with her husband Mike, Jen opened her private practice serving the Tampa Bay area in 2019. Jen is a busy mom of 3 kids (Max, Zac and Hannah) and for fun continues to participate in recreational running and adult league soccer and tennis.
Jen specializes in prevention, rehabilitation and performance of the developing athlete and is passionate about empowering each with the knowledge to perform healthy!
